SHIPPING POLICY - DON'S CUSTOM APPAREL (FULLY CORRECTED)

PROCESSING TIME

All products are made-to-order and require production time before shipping.

Standard Processing Time:

• Custom Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatsuits, socks): 5-7 business days • Custom Foam Cups: 3-5 business days • Custom Stickers (all types): 3-5 business days • Bulk Orders (48+ shirts): 5-7 business days • Rush orders: Contact us for availability and pricing

Important Notes:

• Processing time begins AFTER design approval and payment is received • Processing time does NOT include shipping time • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays • During peak seasons (holidays, events), processing may take longer • Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins (typically within 24-48 hours)


PRODUCTION PROCESS

Our 5-7 business day turnaround begins from your Official Production Start Date.

  1. Order placed & payment received (Day 0)
  2. Design approval (Day 1-2, if applicable)
  3. Inventory allocation & transfer preparation (Day 2-3)
  4. Production begins - you'll receive an automated alert when your order hits our press (Official Production Start Date)
  5. Production & quality check (5-7 business days from Production Start Date)
  6. Shipping or pickup (after production complete)

Most orders arrive sooner than the estimated timeline!


SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

Available Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: • Delivery: 3-5 business days after order completion • Tracking provided • Most cost-effective option

Expedited Shipping: • Delivery: 1-2 business days after processing • Tracking provided • Additional cost applies

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME

Total time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Example: • Custom t-shirt with standard shipping = 5-7 days processing + 3-5 days shipping = 8-12 business days total

Please plan accordingly, especially for time-sensitive events!


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight and size • Shipping destination • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping: • Available on US retail orders over $100 • Applies to standard shipping only • Does NOT apply to:

  • International orders (customer pays actual shipping costs)
  • Custom orders or wholesale/B2B orders (customer pays actual shipping costs)
  • Expedited shipping • Promotional free shipping may be offered periodically

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS.

Shipping Rates: • Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size • Tracking number provided for all orders • Signature may be required for high-value orders


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide.

International Shipping Carriers: • DHL Express (with prepaid duties option available) • UPS • USPS International

Shipping Costs: • Customer is responsible for ALL international shipping costs • Shipping is calculated based on weight, destination, and carrier • Free shipping promotions do NOT apply to international orders

Important Information for International Orders:

Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes: • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, import taxes, and VAT • Customer is responsible for ALL customs charges and import fees • These fees are determined by your country's customs office and are NOT included in our shipping cost • Customs fees vary by country and are collected upon delivery or by your local customs office • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount

Delivery Times: • Delivery times vary by country and shipping method selected • Typical delivery: 10-21 business days after processing (may vary) • Remote locations may take longer • Customs processing can add additional time • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

Tracking: • Tracking is provided for all international orders • Tracking may be limited once package enters your country • Some countries have limited tracking visibility • Contact your local postal service for updates if tracking stops updating

Prepaid Duties (DHL Express): • DHL Express offers prepaid duties option • Pay customs fees upfront at checkout (optional) • Ensures faster customs clearance • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Address Requirements: • Ensure your address is complete and accurate • Include phone number (required by some carriers) • Use local language/characters if applicable • We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect addresses

Customs Forms: • We complete all required customs documentation • Accurate product descriptions and values are declared • Packages may be inspected by customs (normal process)

Restricted Items: • Some countries restrict certain products • Customer is responsible for knowing their country's import restrictions • We are not responsible for packages seized by customs due to local restrictions


ORDER TRACKING

You will receive:

• Order confirmation email immediately after purchase • Production update email when your order enters production (if applicable) • Automated alert when your order hits our press (Official Production Start Date) • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number when order ships

Track Your Order: • Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email • Check carrier website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) for real-time updates • Contact us if tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of shipment


SHIPPING ADDRESS

IMPORTANT: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are NOT responsible for: • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses • Packages returned due to address errors (reshipping fees will apply)

Address Changes: • Must be requested within 24 hours of order placement • Cannot be changed once order has shipped • Contact us immediately if you need to update your address


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Carrier Responsibility: • Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, the order is considered complete • We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery • We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring signature confirmation

If Your Package Shows Delivered But You Haven't Received It: • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members • Verify the delivery address on the tracking information • Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes marked delivered early) • File a claim with the shipping carrier • Contact us for assistance (we cannot issue refunds for delivered packages)


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:

• DO NOT discard the packaging • Take photos of the damaged package AND product immediately • Contact us within 7 days with photos and order number • We will review and provide a replacement if damage occurred during shipping

Note: We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery.


DELIVERY DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather conditions • Natural disasters • Carrier delays or errors • Customs processing (international orders) • Incorrect address provided by customer • Holidays or peak shipping seasons

If your order is significantly delayed: • Check tracking information first • Contact the shipping carrier • Contact us for assistance if needed


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

• We will contact you to arrange reshipment • Customer is responsible for reshipping fees • Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages due to customer error


ORDER CHANGES AFTER SHIPPING

Once an order has shipped, we cannot:

• Change the shipping address • Recall the package • Upgrade shipping speed • Cancel the order

Contact the carrier directly if you need to redirect a package in transit (additional fees may apply).


BULK ORDERS

Large or bulk orders (48+ shirts) may require:

• Standard processing time: 5-7 business days • Multiple shipments (if order is very large) • Freight shipping (for extremely large orders) • 100% prepayment (for orders 48+ shirts)

During holidays and peak seasons:
